Commission information

These are fully customized commissions. These are not prices for the ychs that i release. You are welcome to provide a pose or an idea. OTHERWISE, I CAN TAKE FULL ARTISTIC LIBERTY ON THE POSE AND EXPRESSION.AVERAGE TURN-AROUND IS A MONTH. I WORK ON COMMISSIONS MONDAY - THURSDAY.EACH ADDITIONAL CHARACTER IS DOUBLE THE PRICE.

TIMEZONE & TURNAROUND:
I am Eastern Standard Timezone. Turnaround time is a month. It can exceed longer, and you will be updated.GENERAL USAGE:
You are strictly prohibited from using the artwork in any defamatory, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate manner.
You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of the artwork unless DISCUSSED beforehand.I can and will accept private commissions that will not be posted.MY RESPONSIBILITIES:
I commit to maintaining clear and timely communication, providing regular progress updates, and delivering the artwork within the agreed-upon timeline. My work will meet professional standards and adhere to the terms of our agreement.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
You are responsible for providing clear and detailed information regarding your commission. Timely responses to communications are essential for meeting deadlines. Any requested revisions must align with the original scope of the project. Should revisions be requested after the final piece is completed, additional fees may apply unless they involve overlooked details that were missed during the sketch stage, or pertaining to your characters design.PAYMENTS:
Payment terms will be clearly outlined at the start of the commission process. Payments are required upfront.REVISIONS:
Significant revisions, such as changes to the pose or major details, will only be fixed during the concept sketch and final sketch stages. After the artwork is complete, revisions will be made only if essential details of your character were missed. This includes if I did the wrong pose or missed a crucial aspect of your idea. (I.e., requesting your character to be drawn reading, and I draw them running). Minimal changes can also be made if an outdated reference sheet was provided,
but these will be limited. If I made the error; as in missing a marking, a pose detail, a commission design, and anything else discussed prior, the fixes will be free. Anything else is subject to a decline or extra charge.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY:
Turnaround time for artwork is typically one month, depending on the complexity of the piece. Please refrain from requesting frequent updates within a day or less from the last update, particularly for larger projects, as it may delay the process.USAGE RIGHTS:
You are welcome to make alterations to the final artwork, but you must credit me as the original creator. While you can take credit for any alterations, claiming full authorship of the piece is not permitted.REFUND POLICY:
Please allow at least one month before requesting a refund unless there is a pressing financial need. Refunds will not be issued for work that has been completed. Partial refunds will be given if a piece is started. This will depend on how much progress was made. If you forfeit a commission, and inform me to keep the money; it will be considered as a donation. You cannot come back and request art at a later date.COMMUNICATION:
I am open to communication and encourage it for clarity. The best platform to reach me is through Discord OR Telegram. as my Twitter DMs are often crowded and may lead to delayed responses.
By commissioning my services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.TERMS• Usage & Rights:
As the artist, I retain full rights to the artwork. This includes the right to:
– Post it publicly (crediting you as the character owner)
– Use it in my portfolio or for promotion.As the commissioner, you may:
– Repost (with credit and preferably a watermark; ask if needed)
– Use the art for personal, non-commercial purposes
– Share it on social media
You may not:
– Claim the artwork as your own.
– Use it for profit (UNLESS PREVIOUSLY DISCUSSED) or AI training.
– Turn it into NFTs
– Reproduce it commercially (UNLESS PREVIOUSLY DISCUSSED).
• Payment & Refunds:
Payment is upfront in full through PayPal Goods & Services, Venmo, Zelle, or Cashapp. Don’t send payment until I’ve confirmed your slot.
No payment plans.
I allow refunds only up to the rough sketch stage. After that, I do not offer refunds. Should I fall behind on progress, and more than a month has lapsed; I am willing to provide a partial refund.
If I cancel a commission before any progress is made, you will be fully refunded. Unless you state to keep the money.
Frequent refund requests may result in being blacklisted.Chargebacks will result in permanent blacklisting and forfeiture of art rights. Please talk to me first if there’s an issue.Your commission will be reused as a single-slot YCH.

i am not limited to just furry art. the prices remain the same for human(oid) art. i handle human(oid) art inquires the same i do with furry ones.
